Privacy Policy

Inebrious is operated by Micah Rousey, a sole proprietor in Connecticut. This policy explains how Inebrious handles personal information through Inebrious.com, its accounts, community features, operator tools, subscriptions and related communications.

Account and profile information may include your email address, display name, profile photo, authentication-provider identifiers and preferences. Venue claims may include your role, business contact details and verification notes. Community submissions may include ratings, review text, visit dates, what you ordered and photos.

Operator tools may store venue information, ingredients, purchase costs, recipes, menus, logos and other material you choose to enter. Subscription records include plan, entitlement, renewal and transaction metadata. Stripe processes payment-card information; Inebrious does not intentionally store complete card numbers.

If you contact Inebrious by email, the message, address and information you include are used to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Do not send complete payment-card information or sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

Servers and service providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, security events and similar technical data. Inebrious uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and has configured its own analytics events not to include email addresses, account IDs, precise coordinates or free-text submissions.

If you choose Use my location, your browser requests device location permission. Coordinates are kept in your browser and sent transiently to the search service to find nearby venues; Inebrious does not intentionally add those precise coordinates to the page URL or save them to your account. You can clear the saved location through the site or your browser storage controls.

Inebrious uses information to operate accounts, display and moderate community content, verify venue claims, provide subscriptions and menu tools, process payments, answer requests, maintain editorial and business records, personalize requested location results, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, enforce terms and comply with law.

Inebrious does not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics providers may process identifiers and activity as described below, and some privacy laws may treat certain personalized advertising activity as sharing or targeted advertising.

Inebrious uses service providers to host and protect the site, store data and files, provide authentication, process payments, deliver analytics and advertising, and support site operations. These include Supabase and Lovable for site infrastructure and data services, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics and advertising, and the sign-in provider you choose, such as Google, Apple or Microsoft.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or complete a business transfer. Inebrious does not disclose private account content to venues merely because a venue is claimed or paid.

Inebrious and its providers use cookies, browser storage, pixels, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention and advertising. Google and its partners may place or read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers when ads are served or measured on Inebrious.

Google explains how it uses information from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can review Google ad controls at https://myadcenter.google.com and browser cookie controls in your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect sign-in, saved location and other site features. Where required, Inebrious or its advertising provider will request consent before using nonessential advertising technologies.

Community reviews, ratings, submitted photos, display names and venue-management information intended for publication can be visible to the public and indexed by search engines. Do not include private or sensitive information in public submissions. Saved recipes, ingredient costs, private menu drafts, billing information and account administration are not intended to be public unless you choose to publish or share them.

Inebrious retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain editorial and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements and meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Deleted or changed information may remain in backups for a limited period.

Inebrious uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact Micah@Inebrious.com if you believe an account or submission has been compromised.

You may update available profile and venue information through your account. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing Micah@Inebrious.com from the address associated with the account. Inebrious may verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention or editorial-integrity purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing, or appeal a denied request. Inebrious will respond to applicable verified requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Inebrious is intended for adults age 21 and older and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact Micah@Inebrious.com. Inebrious is operated in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate.
