Subscription Terms

Inebrious is operated by Micah Rousey, a sole proprietor in Connecticut. These Subscription Terms apply to paid Seasonal and Menu Builder Pro subscriptions and supplement the Inebrious Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a subscription-specific issue, these Subscription Terms control.

By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms. If you subscribe for a venue or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept them for that organization.

Seasonal provides the current quarterly seasonal menu available when the subscription begins, together with the included recipes, estimated ingredient costs, pricing controls, costing results, print tools and subscriber-library access described on the Pricing page. Menus granted during an active subscription remain associated with the subscriber's account while paid access continues.

Menu Builder Pro includes Seasonal benefits plus the custom ingredient, recipe, costing and menu-building capabilities described on the Pricing page. The plan, billing interval, price and material features shown at checkout are part of your purchase.

Cost, margin and pricing outputs depend on the information supplied by the subscriber and are planning tools, not guarantees of profit, sales, tax treatment, regulatory compliance or operational results.

Subscriptions are offered on quarterly or annual billing intervals. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length, and you authorize Inebrious and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the subscription price then in effect plus applicable taxes.

The price, billing interval and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. By completing checkout, you affirmatively consent to recurring billing until cancellation. If a trial or promotional period is offered, its length, the charge that follows and the cancellation deadline will be disclosed before enrollment. Inebrious provides renewal notices when and as required by applicable law.

Applicable sales, use or similar taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your billing and account information current.

If a payment fails, Inebrious or its payment processor may retry the charge and may suspend paid access until payment is completed. Suspension does not waive amounts already due. Inebrious may end a subscription after repeated payment failure.

During paid access, Inebrious grants the subscriber a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to use included recipes, seasonal materials and menu tools for the subscriber's own venue or internal business operations. A subscriber may adapt and print a guest-facing menu for that venue.

Subscription materials may not be resold, sublicensed, published as a competing product, shared through account credentials or redistributed as standalone templates or recipe packages. Inebrious retains ownership of its original materials. Subscribers retain ownership of logos, original recipes and other content they upload, while granting Inebrious permission to host and process that content to provide the service.

Inebrious may change subscription prices or plan features. A price increase applies no earlier than the next renewal after any advance notice required by law. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Changes will not retroactively increase a charge already paid.

You may cancel at any time as described in the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves paid access active through the end of the current billing period. Subscription charges are nonrefundable and are not prorated except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

Inebrious may update these Subscription Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will apply prospectively, and notice will be provided when required by law. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
