How we score

The editorial take

Mirador puts sherry at the center of its beverage program. The cocktail list carries classic and rotating seasonal sections, with drinks built on manzanilla, fino, amontillado, and PX, plus a range of base spirits from vodka and gin to rye and Spanish whiskey. The wine list is organized by Spanish categories and includes a dedicated Vino de Pasto section and a Rarities & Reservas section. A spirits list spanning amari through whiskey and a small beer selection round out the offer.

What should I order?
Start with the Mirador Martini, made with Mahón gin, extra dry sherry vermouth, fino sherry, olive brine, and fino vinegar cubito. The Martini azafrán, with olive oil washed vodka, dry sherry vermouth, manzanilla, and Apologue saffron liqueur, is another sherry-forward option. For a non-sherry cocktail, the Alcachofas y PX combines rye whiskey, Faccia Brutto Carciofo, amontillado, and PX sweet sherry.
Who will enjoy this place?
Drinkers who want sherry and vermouth worked into cocktails rather than treated as an afterthought. The wine list rewards anyone interested in Spanish regions from Jerez to Galicia and the Canary Islands. A non-alcoholic IPA and three Zero Proof cocktails give non-drinkers more than a token option.
When should I go?
Mondays bring 25% off bottles, which suits a table ordering wine by the bottle. The June 2025 patio paella party advertised cocktails, spirits, and wines alongside Txakoli, aperitivos, and pintxos, so a patio event is a supported occasion for the beverage program.
What should I expect to spend?
Cocktails run $14–$25, with seasonal drinks $15–$17 and classics $15–$20. Wines by the glass are $14–$18 and bottles $56–$68, while the full wine list runs $36–$246. Spirits are $12–$26, beers $5–$10, and Zero Proof cocktails $13.
What makes the beverage program distinctive?
The cocktail list is sherry-forward across manzanilla, fino, amontillado, and PX, and the wine list is organized by Spanish categories with dedicated Vino de Pasto, Palomino Pilgrimage, Rarities & Reservas, and Naranjos sections. The spirits list includes Spanish brandies and sherry-cask whiskeys such as Redbreast Lustau and Filey Bay Fino Cask.
