The Craft Bar - Destin

The editorial take

The Craft Bar pairs an innovative cocktail program with a deep craft beer selection. Bartenders mix drinks using craft spirits, fresh squeezed juices, and house-infused components, and the cocktail menu changes with seasonal creations. The beer side is equally serious: 30 taps, an extensive bottle collection, and Crowler to-go availability for any draft beer. For a bar that does both cocktails and beer at a high level, this is a strong dual-threat stop.

What should I order?

Start with a seasonal cocktail from the rotating menu, built with house-infused spirits and fresh juice. For beer, order a flight of local brews or a Florida-focused pour from the 30 taps. Any draft beer can be taken to-go in a 32oz Crowler.

Who will enjoy this place?

Anyone who wants a well-made cocktail and a serious beer list in the same visit. Beer drinkers interested in rare and sought-after taps, and cocktail drinkers who value fresh juices and house infusions, will both find a reason to stay.

When should I go?

A good stop for an afternoon beer flight or an evening cocktail. The seasonal cocktail menu gives a reason to return as it changes.

What makes the beverage program distinctive?

The combination of a seasonal cocktail program using house-infused spirits and fresh squeezed juices with a 30-tap beer list that includes rare beers and Crowler to-go service. Few places give equal weight to both.
