The editorial take
Glass House Tavern's cocktail program leans into spectacle: nitro-charged Espresso Martinis poured tableside, a smoked Old Fashioned, and a fig-leaf whiskey number. The menu shows real invention, and guests praise the drinks as tasty and well-crafted. Brunch adds value with mimosa flights and margarita pitchers. It's a bar that knows its audience—pre-theater crowds wanting a show with their pour.

4/5
I think the Inebrious review has it right. The cocktails were well constructed, but missed the mark with some details. The Watermelon reserve was more citrus forward than I expect a watermelon cocktail to be, and the Pig and Fig Old Fashioned didn't really have any other flavor than kind of a standard Old Fashioned. Fig is a trendy flavor in cocktails today, but no flavor comes through from the 'fig leaf demerara'. I did really enjoy the glass of Rosé I ordered to pair with my salmon entree. I even overheard another guest mentioning it was 'just what they wanted' after their first sip.
Ordered: Pig & Fig Old Fashioned; The Watermelon Reserve; Les Lavandières Rosé, Le Vieux Lavoir, France
