Lucille makes rotation the substance of its wine program. Every two weeks, four featured wines examine a region, grape or style; the Summer 2026 sequence travels from Greece and Croatia to chilled reds, Provence, Island Wines, Coastal Italy and Syrah with red blends. That calendar is more revealing than a frozen bottle list. It shows a shop willing to spend two weeks on an idea, then replace it before familiarity turns into stasis. The broader sourcing brief favors boutique organic, biodynamic and natural wine from independent wineries around the world. The $45 Friday-and-Saturday tasting is the most complete expression of the model. Four wines come with cheese and charcuterie, discussion with a resident somme and 10% off the featured bottles.
