The editorial take
Season to Taste builds cocktails with the same pantry logic that drives its kitchen. The summer list puts blueberry into a house rum blend before barrel-aging the resulting Palmetto; turns rosemary into limoncello for a stripped-down spritz; and sends rye through yuzu, palo cortado, pineapple and Turkish tobacco bitters. Long Live Frida is even more explicit about that culinary bridge, using salted watermelon and basil eau de vie to redirect mezcal without hiding it. Ten signatures at $16-$17 give the list useful breadth without price games. A rotating milk punch adds a changing technique slot, while four $12 no- and low-alcohol drinks can remain spirit-free or accept a clearly priced one-ounce addition. That modular section is thoughtful, although the add-a-spirit option is less authored than the signatures themselves. The online menu also leaves today's milk-punch recipe unstated and offers no independent spirits list. Within those limits, the cocktail program is coherent because its seasonality appears in processes and modifiers, not merely in drink names.
- What should I order?
- The Pergola is the most layered savory choice, placing rye with palo cortado, yuzu, pineapple and tobacco bitters. Long Live Frida is the brighter alternative, with mezcal, salted watermelon and basil eau de vie. Follow either with the Barrel-Aged Palmetto to compare fresh produce accents against time in barrel.
- Who will enjoy this place?
- Restaurant cocktail drinkers who look for fortified wine, culinary herbs and house preparations, plus guests who want a serious low-alcohol starting point before deciding whether to add a measured spirit pour.
- When should I go?
- Use the bar at opening—5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday—if cocktails are the main purpose. The seasonal food menu makes an early full dinner more useful than a late drinks-only stop.
- What should I expect to spend?
- Signatures cost $16-$17. No- and low-alcohol drinks are $12, with an optional one-ounce rum, bourbon, vodka or gin addition for $4. Two signatures total $32-$34 before food, tax and gratuity.
- What makes the beverage program distinctive?
- The same seasonal vocabulary crosses the pass and the bar: infused rum, house limoncello, salted watermelon, basil eau de vie and tobacco bitters let culinary technique organize the list without making every cocktail heavy.

Cocktails
A food-literate seasonal list earns range through barrel aging, infusions, alpine liqueur, fortified wine and eau de vie while maintaining unusually tight pricing across ten signatures.
Menu strengths
- — House work includes blueberry rum infusion, rosemary limoncello and a rotating milk punch
- — Fortified wine and bitters bring dry, bitter and savory routes through a produce-led menu
- — Low/no-alcohol bases publish an exact, modest price for optional one-ounce fortification
Standout selections
- — The Pergola — rye, yuzu cordial, palo cortado, pineapple and Turkish tobacco bitters ($16)
- — Long Live Frida — mezcal, salted watermelon, basil eau de vie and lime bitters ($17)
- — Barrel-Aged Palmetto — blueberry-infused house rum, sweet vermouth, orange and Angostura bitters ($17)
Pricing: Ten summer 2026 signatures cost $16-$17; four no- and low-alcohol drinks cost $12 with optional one-ounce spirit additions for $4.
How it sits with the food
Striped bass crudo and smoked trout toast favor the yuzu-and-sherry lift of The Pergola. Pork ribs can take the mezcal and salted watermelon in Long Live Frida, while wild-mushroom gnocchi gives the barrel-aged rum and vermouth of the Palmetto enough savory weight.
